What is Kin Folk?
Kin Folk is a family-owned business based in Northwest Ohio, specializing in pumpkin delivery and design services. We bring beautiful, seasonal displays to your porch or patio, making fall decorating effortless and inspiring.
What services does Kin Folk offer?
We offer several curated collections in multiple sizes. Each collection is offered two different ways:
- Design Bundles - Fully designed pumpkin displays with delivery and cleanup included.
- DIY Kits - Curated displays delivered right to your home.
Where does Kin Folk operate?
We proudly serve customers throughout Northwest Ohio, with plans to grow in the future.
Products
What are Design Bundles?
Design Bundles are our premium service: we deliver a custom pumpkin display, design it for your porch or patio, and clean it up at the end of the season. You pick the collection and the size, we take care of everything else.
What are DIY Kits?
DIY Kits are perfect for hands-on creators. We deliver a selection of pumpkins and seasonal accents to your door, and you design your own display. Add cleanup for an extra fee if you’d like a hassle-free finish.
What is included in each product tier?
- Design Bundles: Includes products listed in each collection, free delivery and free clean-up at the end of the season.
- DIY Kits: Includes products listed in product pages.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Both Design Bundles and DIY Kits can be tailored with extra add-ins, or additional pumpkins to match your style.
Ordering Process
How do I place an order?
Head to https://kin-folk.com, select your collection, choose DIY or Design, select which size you like, then choose any add-ons, and check out. It’s quick and easy!
What is the delivery process?
We bring your pumpkins and accents right to your front yard. For Design Bundles, our team will also set up your display on-site.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Our delivery window begins August 29th and runs through Halloween. We'll contact you with a delivery date once we receive the order!
What is the cleanup process for Design Bundles?
When fall winds down, we’ll come back to remove the display and tidy up, leaving your porch pristine.
Is cleanup available for DIY Kits?
Yes, you can add cleanup for an added fee when ordering a DIY Kit—perfect for a stress-free end to the season.
Pricing and Payment
What are the prices for each product tier?
- Design Bundles: Range from $550 to $1,150, depending on collection and size.
- DIY Kits: Range from $275 to $750, based on the kit you choose.
Are there any additional fees?
Delivery is free for all orders. Cleanup is included with Design Bundles and optional for DIY Kits at $75.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay for a smooth, secure checkout.
Operations
When does the service start?
We launch in August 2025, just in time to kick off your fall decorating.
